Engineering through experience:

Production Support:

The primary focus of our Engineering Department is to support our customer’s designs, and our Production Department to insure that we meet or exceed our customer commitments. This may involve troubleshooting our customer’s design to determine the causes and solution to design problems that are identified prior to or during the production process. The result is that we don’t present our customers problems, we provide them solutions.

Customer Design Development:

We offer our customers electronic design services that include developing a design from the functional description to production, and everything in between.

Development of Test Specifications:

Our Engineering Department develops test specifications for many customers. In addition they are responsible for supervising the manufacture of test fixtures and writing test software. We use primarily in-circuit testing, but also provide functional test where applicable. See our Newspaper for the benefits of In-circuit testing.

Layout and Production  Documentation:

Our department includes Manufacturing Engineers who are trained in printed circuit board layout and assembly documentation. They are guided by ISC and ISO Standards, and equipped with the latest in layout software and training.

Component Outsourcing:

An additional service that we offer our customers is sourcing of original components and crossing obsolete components. In an effort to assist our customers move toward new technology we also convert from thru-hole to surface mount technology.
